Database Maintenance - December 6/7th 2020

Our engineering team will be performing some database maintenance to accelerate the performance of our Reports product for a window of up to three hours in the following time zones:

• San Francisco: Sunday, December 6th @ 2pm to 5pm
• New York: Sunday, December 6th @ 5pm to 8pm
• London: Sunday, December 6th @ 10pm to 1am
• Cape Town: Monday, December 7th @ Midnight to 3am
• Dubai: Monday, December 7th @ 2am to 5am
• Singapore: Monday, December 7th @ 6am to 9am
• Sydney: Monday, December 7th @ 9am to 12pm
• Auckland: Monday, December 7th @ 11am to 2pm

This engineering work involves adding and restructuring of indexes and is not expected to involve any downtime. It is possible however that for periods of up to 15 minutes during this 2 hour window system performance may be degraded (slower) as the databases perform their maintenance functions.
