The last quarter has been a record quarter here at Accelo, seeing its largest rate of growth (by percentage as well as magnitude) since launched almost two years ago.
From a product perspective, we’ve seen a lot of range coming from the new features and improvements released, with 9 major updates and almost 70 new versions with hundreds of little changes shipped to production - that works out at an incredible new release every business day in Q3.
In addition to seeing a record numbers of users, we’re also seeing record engagement, with an incredible 3 in 4 active Accelo users logging in at least once a day, and an even more incredible 60% of users recording 50+ sessions a month.
In this post I wanted to give you an update on our roadmap, specifically our progress in Q3, a preview of what we’re working on and aiming to deliver to you in the next few weeks, and a sneak peek at the priorities we’re going to be focusing on in the back half of Q4.
As mentioned in our Q3 update back in mid-August, there were a few really sizeable projects underway, but not a whole lot of time (6 weeks) to ship them - in reality, the big upgrade to Activities and Tasks in Q2 saw continued work through the first half of Q3, pushing back some of our other priorities.
Regardless, over the last quarter we’ve managed to ship a few in-demand projects, as well as lots of little improvements and fixes to things like our activities, inbox and task boards. Some examples of our Q3 deliveries include:
While the list above is impressive in its own right, if the truth be told, we’ve been focusing almost all of our energy on three big projects which at the end of Q3 are still in-progress.

A couple of the projects we aimed to deliver in Q3 have had to be pushed solidly to Q4. These join the front of our Q4 queue and we’re looking forward to sharing more details with you on the specifics next month for the following priority Q4 projects:
