Introducing Quotes & Signoffs to Mobile

Today we’re excited to announce the Beta launch of Quotes & Signoffs on mobile. This means you’ll have all the information you need literally at your fingertips whenever you meet with a potential client - which is paramount for getting the job done and focussing on the work that matters.

It’s important to note here that at this point in production, we’re only offered that latest upgrades to Quotes & Signoffs on mobile to our Android users. But don’t worry, the iOS update is on its way :)

Quotes

Easily accessible from the module menu, you’ll see a list of all of your Quotes inside Accelo and a filter option that can be applied to quickly find the quote you’re looking for. Alternatively, if you’re viewing a sale, you’ll see the quote linked there too.

You’ll also be able to see the financial details for each quote, including service and materials usage, as well as a link to download the PDF for a full breakdown of work and expenses.

Then when it comes to sending a quote, we’ve refined and simplified the process so that you can add recipients with ease! Now, every contact that you add will be a recipient, with the only decision being who will be an approver. This is divergent to the web app (but we have the work ready to go to improve it there too).

Oh, and there are a few fields that are editable with this upgrade, including editing the Quote Manager and Quote title.

Signoffs

Get easier and faster approvals for your work and give your clients a place to make comments against attachments and work descriptions with our new Signoffs for Android!

While we’re still in Beta production, Signoffs will only be available for our Projects and Issues module, but will still give users greater control over the approval of work and client-to-staff engagement.

Easily view the attachments and files ready for your clients to approve, all from the Accelo mobile app. Then when you have an urgent question, send an email to the client against the signoff or open your app to see what's previously been sent by viewing your Stream.
