Scheduled Outage - Database Upgrade

This weekend our system operations team will be performing a database upgrade (to both the back end and to the connectivity routing).

While the impact of this outage should only be brief (a few mins) we're allocating a 60 minute window just to be sure (this isn't the kind of thing you should ever rush).

The outage period will be on Friday 13th of Jan or Saturday 14th of Jan depending on your timezone:

  • San Francisco: Fri from 8pm to 9pm
  • Chicago: Fri from 10pm to 11pm
  • New York: Fri from 11pm to midnight
  • London: Sat from 4am to 5am
  • Berlin/Paris: Sat from 5am to 6am
  • Cape Town: Sat from 6am to 7am
  • Moscow: Sat from 7am to 8am
  • Dubai: Sat from 8am to 9am
  • Singapore/Perth: Sat from noon to 1pm
  • Sydney: Sat from 3pm to 4pm
  • Auckland: Sat from 5pm to 6pm
