Keep track of the Projects you and your Team are working on, including their Status and the work that has been done against them.


View your Projects List

Click on the Modules button on the top left of the screen.

Click on Projects to view a list of all Projects within Accelo.

This will bring up a list of all Projects within Accelo, which you can sort and filter as needed.

  1. Search for a particular Project.
  2. View All Projects.
  3. Choose how to sort the Projects, whether alphabetically, by Status, or by the Date Created.
  4. Filter the Projects by your Saved Filters.
  5. View the other Modules.
  6. The Project Title.
  7. The Project Contact.
  8. The Project Budget Usage.
  9. The Project Type.
  10. The Project Status.

View Project Details

Click on a Project to view more details of the Project.

  1. Log Time against the Project through a Note.
  2. The Project Title.
  3. The Project Status.
  4. The Project Type.
  5. The Project Budget.
  6. Add an Activity to the Project.
  7. The Project Details, including the Budget Usage, Time Usage, Expense Amount, Contact, Manager, and important Dates.
  8. The Stream for this specific project.
  9. The Project Milestones. Keep track of the work that needs to be done on the Project so you stay on track towards completion.
  10. All Tasks against this Project.
  11. Create a new item against the Project, such as an Activity, Task, or Ticket.
