Capture all your clients correspondence in real-time by configuring your Office 365 inbox to route your emails to a unique Accelo capture address. By setting up your Office 365 Email Capture Rules, you can sync your client correspondence as soon as you send your emails!
Using this guide, you can:
Capture Outbound mail by creating one domain-wide rule
Capture Inbound email routing by creating a rule for each Office 365 user.
Outbound mail can be captured by creating one domain-wide rule.
Log in to your Office 365 account, selecting People and using the new button to create a new contact.
Enter the following details in the new contact form:
Now that you've created the Accelo Log contact, you'll want to set up the new routing rule. Navigate to your Office 365 Admin Center by clicking Admin in the menu options.
In Office 365 Admin Center select Admin centers > Exchange. Please note - that you'll need to be an administrator of your Office 365 account.
In the Exchange Admin Center select Mail Flow > rules. Use the + button to Create a new rule...
Give your new rule a name (such as Accelo Email Capture), and choose the following options:
Inbound mail can be forwarded into your Accelo account, allowing you to capture all send correspondence instantaneously.
Inbound email routing requires that a rule be set up for each Office 365 user.
Begin by having each user log into the Outlook section of Office 365.
Select the Options menu.
On the resulting page, select the Mail > Accounts > Forwarding, and enter your Accelo Capture Address in the forwarding field. Be sure to check the Keep a copy of forwarded messages in Outlook Web App box.
Save, and your inbound messages will now automatically appear in Accelo!
Your Accelo Capture Account can be found under your Profile in Accelo, and uses the format email@example.com
