Connect your Accelo account to your social media to build personable business relationships and strengthen your client-base. Keep track of all the mentions and direct messages which you receive from your clients

Using this guide, you can:

  • Connect your Twitter account to Accelo

  • Configure your Twitter syncing preferences

Connecting your Twitter account to Accelo

Connecting these accounts will allow Accelo to automatically record your clients’ tweets under their client and contact records.

To set up your Twitter account:

  1. Open the Integration page by clicking your User Profile Icon in the Navigation Bar and selecting Integrations.

  2. Select the Twitter tab, and press Connect

    A new window will appear prompting you to log in to your Twitter account.  Enter your login information, press the Authorize app button, and the connection will be complete!

Configuring your Twitter sync preferences

With your account connected, you can now control just how much Twitter traffic Accelo will record.

To set up your Twitter preferences:

  1. Open the Integration page by clicking your User Profile Icon in the Navigation Bar and selecting Integrations.

  2. Select the Twitter tab.

  • Import @mentions from client contacts - Automatically imports any @mentions in which your clients include you.

  • Import direct messages from client contacts - Automatically imports any direct messages which your clients send to you.

  • Import all tweets from client contacts - Automatically imports all of your clients’ new tweets, whether or not they include you.

Please note -  Twitter integration only records events created by existing contacts in Accelo.  Twitter handles can be added to your contacts when creating or editing them.
