Product Update: November 29 - December 5

In case you missed it, we upgraded our Quotes module last week so that you have more functionality to create beautiful quotes for your clients! You can read all about it in our blog post here. We also rolled out a couple of helpful improvements and fixes that you're going to love, including:

Easily see time usage in project overview: Previously you had to use the "Earned Value" toggle to view a detailed graph of the time spent on each milestone & task, whereas now, if all you're after is the total time spent against something, you can now find this information under the Usage / Budget column without any toggling.

Schedule Dashboard improvements:

• If you click a cell for more details, the right-hand-side panel will open which includes some extra details such as the billable value and cost value of the work. If you apply a rate filter to the screen, these values weren't updating previously - though now they will. 
• Our team also fixed a bug whereby changing rates on work/activities in the approvals screen for a project, ticket or retainer wasn’t reflected in the data of the schedule dashboard.

Finding projects in Company Billing tool: If you set-up a project to be Fixed price including materials, invoicing for the "work done" isn't possible due to materials and/or expenses being treated like billable time. However, the company billing tool was returning these projects when using the "work done" filters, which was confusing. We've tightened this up so the filtering more closely matches the invoicing process.

An issue with Custom Signatures: Several users were reporting that their email signatures in Accelo were resetting to the default admin-configured signature rather than their customized signature. We've identified the faulty settings and fixed this for all now.

Quote Expiry Date Changes: In some cases, the changing of the expiry date on a quote wasn't saving through - resetting to the previous date. This bug has been tidied up.
