Hello. In this video I'm going to show you how to create a campaign for emailing out of Accelo. We'll come here, quick Create button and come down to Campaign. Upon creation you need to give it a title, which if you already have campaigns you can see that it'll pull, and have start and end dates, whether or not it's active campaign or pending
In here you're going to need to add contacts to who you're actually going to send these emails to. Here you can either individually select or you can filter list which will help you choose people in specific industries, postal codes, last time you interacted with them, positions such as CEOs, size of companies and much more. You can save filters so that when you come in here you can start using the same sort of people in different campaigns.
If you do choose to individually select, make sure that you add selected contacts and after doing so go ahead and head back to your campaign.
Now you see that I added four targets and I need to add a communication of a template email that I'm going to sent. You can do that through our integrations with Mail Chimp and Campaign Monitor or you can Direct Email Blast. You're going to sign the communication, campaign targets have already been added, and the email subject. You can say who the email is going to be from and then the address
Here we're going to template out the email. We're going to use the merge fields. So, now I'm saying "Hi, First name" from company or contact. We'll take the Company name and now you have a template email. Come back to your campaign, you're going to create a campaign with the email and how many targets.
