Hello. Today I'm going to explain Relationships and how account managers can actually manage the clients and contacts that is going through the client page. So, over here you can come see your account managers and add relationships. You can either add individual staff members or you can add staff types or groups. So, what this means is, based off of your preferences and how they're set, you can actually say that you'll get notified through all communication that comes through the client and then, like I said, in your preferences you can start seeing what types of notifications you actually receive from Accelo when communication starts going back and forth. You can come to your notification settings, expand and, when you are an account manager, you can start seeing the types of notifications you can see so if another employee comes and creates an activity on certain areas for that client and so on, such as manage objects of activities, manage the client and manage staff members and their communication attached to the client.
