Launched AffinityLive Beta

Our founding team in Wollongong, Australia, developed an MVP of Accelo, originally AffinityLive, which won an award for emerging tech.

February 2011

Opened San Francisco Office

After attending Google I/O in May 2011, we opened our second office in San Francisco and started hiring a US team to expand our reach.

November 2011

Raised $2M and rebranded

2015 was a big year for us: We raised our first round of funding — $2M from Blackbird Ventures, rebranded and renamed the company Accelo.

June 2015

Received $9M in Series A funding

We achieved profitability in 2017, a rarity for early-stage companies. Our $9M Series A funding reflected investor confidence in our growth.

September 2017

Opened Denver Office

To expand our footprint and our role as a standout solution for professional services teams, Accelo opened a third office in Denver in 2018.

Late 2018

Launched Accelo v4 in beta

A significant technology and design upgrade and a preview of big platform advancements to come, the newest version of Accelo launched in 2023.

December 2023

Bow River Capital acquires Accelo

Bow River Capital's software growth equity team makes majority platform investment in Accelo.
