We've been super focused on getting our Beta integration with Power BI working seamlessly - and we already have a bunch of users testing (and loving) the powerful integration. If you want to join in on the fun, email [email protected] and we'll get you set up with an account. We've also been rolling out several other helpful improvements and upgrades, like our new Custom Date Field feature that went live last week, plus more! These include:
Scheduling Dashboard - Rate Filters: This powerful filter option allows you to filter work - logged or future work - based on the billable rate attached to that work. It's available when looking at the Team (users) view, or the Work view. Crucially, it can help you spot work that has been scheduled without any billable rate ("No Rate" option) too!
Trigger Improvements - Closing things!Yep, there's a new special action within the Request Triggers module so a trigger can be configured to close requests automatically, and a similar ability for Retainer triggers to now close retainer periods. This means Accelo can provide even more automation for your client support and ongoing service processes.
API Updates:
Overdue invoices & purchases:Are now much more visible on the list screens, as the overdue days are highlighted for you.
Request notification fix: Our team fixed a bug where the "Company managers" option couldn't be removed from request notification list.
QuickBooks Online payments: We've also taken care of an issue which was stoppingpayments pushing from Accelo to QuickBooks Online sub-customers.
