While our team in the US broke to celebrate Washington's birthday, the developers Down Under were working around the clock to bring you 3 big updates to the CSV Import features: enhancements to the existing Sales import tool, plus new imports for the Tickets and Assets modules. And as always, a handful of regular fixes and improvements:
Ticket Class Ordering: We know some of you have customized your ticket classes with careful detail, but were limited by the fact these classes couldn't be re-ordered. You'll be pleased to know we've added drag & drop re-ordering into the administration screen for your Ticket (Issue) classes now!
Improved Ticket Claim & Assign:On the left-hand-side of the View Ticket/Issue screen you will now find some handy options for quickly claiming a ticket, surrendering it (back to unassigned) as well as the ability to click on the current assignee and rapidly re-assign the ticket.
NinjaRMM - Choose Request Type:When we launched our beta integration with NinjaRMM, the request type applied to new alerts from NinjaRMM (coming into Accelo) was defaulting to the first available type. We've updated this so your admin users can now reconfigure the integration to select exactly which request type should be applied as requests are created from the inbound alerts.
Whitespace on Streams: Our team has been working hard to ensure consistency with the way text in activities/email is created, viewed and sent - which can be tricky when there's a couple of different text editing tools available in Accelo! These changes specifically address the amount of whitespace between lines/paragraphs of text, especially in activity streams.
Activity creation performance:With the re-introduction of spell-checking features as you compose an activity/email, some users were noticing a little sluggishness as text was entered. We've released some preliminaryperformance improvements to ensure you aren't slowed down when tracking your time, notes and email in Accelo.
Attachment Tab performance:In a similar vein to the above improvement, we've also put some effort into optimizing the way Accelo's attachment tab loads the folders and file within, to boost the performance, especially when dealing with lots of attachments and sub-folders.
