After much anticipation, two of the most requested features are ready to go live!

Join our CEO, Geoff McQueen for a kickoff webinar on Wednesday, January 17th (or January 18th if you’re in APAC) to learn about Event Triggers and Rich Text in Activities and how you can make the most out of them.

The first feature we'll be showing is our new Event Triggers (aka, Email Initiated Triggers), which combines the power of Accelo's email and activity tracking with our triggers automation.

An example of Event Triggers would be automatically changing the status of a Ticket or Project when a client replies to an email. Other capabilities include:

  • Changing fields based on the emails you receive (eg, making priority urgent)
  • Creating a new task when you receive an email with certain content
  • Sending an email notification to a manager/owner if more than X hours is logged against a project/ticket by a team member.

The second new feature we'll be launching is Rich Text in Activities. We released a preview just before Christmas, and after almost a month we're now ready to deliver this upgrade to all of our users.
