After a little over a month in development and alpha testing, the new Accelo and ConnectWise configuration is live and in beta now! This configuration gives IT businesses the ability to seamlessly share all of their client and contact details between ConnectWise into Accelo, creating an extremely easy way to share the information with Accelo.
The configuration lets current ConnectWise users share all of their client and contact data (i.e. client name, contact information and status) from ConnectWise's platform into Accelo's easy-to-use cloud-based client work management platform for MSP and IT professionals.
While we're currently focused on helping businesses share their important client and contact data, in the coming weeks ahead we'll be improving the configuration to pull in tickets, histories and more from ConnectWise. We're looking for beta testers to work with to round out this next phase of the configuration - and we'd love to connect with you!
