Accelo is a client-centric system; nearly everything you keep track of inside Accelo ties back to a client. So when it comes to setting up sales, projects or issues that involve multiple clients (or companies), one company must be at the centre. For all others, the contributors feature comes into play.
This newly shipped feature allows your admin to configure a business process that will prompt a user to create some contributors - either as they're creating the sale/project/issue, or progressing the status. And here's the best bit: If there's a templated email as part of that business process, they will be able to include any contributors they just created.
Adding the new "Create Contributors" to a business process is simple: Just look for the "Special Process" option when configuring a new action against one of the progressions. "Create Contributors" is one of several special processes - such as approving time, closing open tasks, and invoicing.
