Capture email requests from clients as well as unknown contacts so you never miss a thing. Combined with our awesome Gmail Gadget, Accelo will help make sure you and your team never double up on replies to clients, web forms or other things that go to info@ or support@ type email addresses.
A brand new request listing and processing screen that works a lot like our super fast and easy-to-use inbox... keeping on top of the request queue has never been easier. You'll be able to see requests on the left, filter them, and then see the whole email conversation on the right... including being able to reply to emails in-line.
While you've always been able to convert a request into an issue or a sale, you'll now be able to convert requests into new projects & retainers as well.
When you get new support@ type emails which actually relate to existing project, sales, issue or retainers, you'll be able to convert the requests into tasks against the existing work you're already doing, making is easy to synthesize new requests into established work you're already tracking.
The addition of autoreplies on different types of requests to make it easy to respond to client requests via automatic email.
New rules to automatically convert requests based on the client, the content or the time of day to escalate things into new issues, sales or other objects instantly.�
