Due to the number of ConnectWise products, it’s tough to get a clear understanding of how it compares directly to Accelo. We’ll look at a few popular products users compare when considering both platforms.
G2 reviewers prefer Accelo over ConnectWise Manage (its project management product that caters to non-IT businesses as well) and ConnectWise Sell in every category, including Ease of Use and Quality of Support.
ConnectWise offers some tools that Accelo doesn’t, such as ConnectWise Control for remote support and access. If you’re looking for an RMM, you might want to check out ConnectWise Automate.
While these options allow for a certain amount of customization, the sheer number of separate products that need to be set up and connected to build what you need leaves some ConnectWise users confused. Accelo, on the other hand, is known for being a true end-to-end solution for every step of the client relationship.
Many users also note that ConnectWise’s age is showing. Its interface is outdated compared to many other platforms today. If you care more about functionality than appearance and UX, you may still appreciate the breadth of products and integrations ConnectWise offers.
Finally, when it comes to customer support quality, ConnectWise appears to fall short. Accelo received G2’s Summer 2022 Best Relationship badge, while some users aren’t happy with ConnectWise support.
