Karen will lead Accelo into its next phase of growth and development.

She is aptly described as a leader who channels her passion for addressing complex challenges into transformative organizational success. "I have spent the last 18 years growing and scaling SaaS businesses with a primary focus on all things customers," Karen shared. "In that time, I have both been responsible for professional service customers and have been a customer myself, living the challenges many of ours face. Since the successful acquisition of Accelo by Bow River Capital in February of 2024, the company has continued to expand and broaden its digital footprint.
