Employee Spotlight: Anvesh P Machaiah

Anvesh P Machaiah serves as Accelo's Senior Test Analyst in our Wollongong office. He's been with the company for over 4.5 years, right after graduating with a Masters in Information and Communications Technology from the University of Wollongong. Since he started at Accelo in 2015, Anvesh has been an asset and a leader to his fellow team members.

Can you tell us a little about your current position and what it entails: 

My role in Accelo involves wearing multiple hats. I work closely with cross-functional teams in the SDLC, from inception to phase out, juggling the role between Quality Assurance & Product Management, in addition to Resolving client issues and Training

What's your favorite part of this position?

Critical thinking and the need to be ‘Switched On’ at all times. You would be looking at a problem from all angles and paving the right path forward, putting the client at the center of your decision

What stands out to you about Accelo's culture?

Accelo has a ‘work hard, play hard’ culture and a flexible work environment, with a growth mindset and shared vision across teams, it facilitates collaboration and helps paint the 'Bigger Picture'.  

What's your favorite part about working at Accelo?

Interaction with different stakeholders. You are a part of the process of bringing in all the pieces together and delivering a solution to a problem, and seeing the impact of the work you do on Clients, is satisfying!
