Explore the New Releases in Our Mobile App Beta

In May, we launched the beta version of Accelo’s new mobile app experience. We appreciate all those who have explored the beta already, and we’re grateful for all the feedback we’ve received so far. We’re also excited to share that we’re rolling out more views in the beta for testing, with a new release launching in the beta version today.

The updates in this beta release were added to help users stay up to date with the latest events happening within their organization. With these mobile app view screens, you can easily monitor and track client details, communication efforts, events and related work, making it easy to locate the information you need quickly — even when you’re on the go.

Below are the highlights you can find in our most recent release of the new mobile app beta.

View Events View events and see event details like date, time, attendees and description to stay informed on important events with clients.
View Stream View and search activities like messages, events and replies to understand the latest touch-points with customers.
View Messages View conversation threads, message content and details and in-line images to get a complete look at internal and external communication.
View Contacts View contact information, call contacts based on saved details and monitor related work.
View Custom Profile Fields/Extensions See custom profile fields and extensions per object type on the Details tab for an easy way to reference relevant details about your client workflows.
View Related Tab See supported related objects on the Related tab for easier navigation.

How To Access the Mobile App Beta

Interested in trying out the new mobile experience? Access the mobile app beta for testing using the following instructions based on your operating system.

iOS

1. Install the TestFlight App from the App Store.
2. Once installed, you can Skip entering the Redeem code.
3. Click this public link to the Open Beta to install the Accelo mobile app beta on your iOS device.

Android

1. Join the Accelo Android Beta Testing Group with the same Google account you use on your Android device.
2. Enroll to be a tester on the Google Play Store Testing Program on your Android device.
3. From there, you will be given a link to the app on your device.

How To Provide Feedback on the Mobile App Beta

To collect feedback from beta testers, we’ve created a feedback form that will be available to those who test the new mobile app beta. This feedback will be a tremendous help to our team as we continue to work on improving the mobile experience for all Accelo users. 

Users can access the link through the feedback icon found on the Home screen and on the Feedback panel found on the More tab.
