Once a month, everyone at Refinery29 gathers in Piera's office dubbed 'the peach pit,' where they drink bubbly champagne, eat peach flavored candies, and most importantly - make magic. Her one rule? Any mention of budges or timelines is strictly prohibited!
This creates a space made for creativity, for professionals to get out of their heads, and be present in the moment.
She also has 3 key Peach Pit Principles. They include:
