Today, if you wanted to see a list of all the sales opportunities that went into in the "verbal approval" status more than a week ago, you'd have to remember to go in, look at a filtered list and manually email the salesperson with a "please explain" or follow up with the client directly. With the new Triggers and Notifications Product, you can automatically email the sales manager and CC the person assigned to make sure they are on notice to follow-up.
