New Invoicing Upgrade Now Live

After months of hard work (and some long days and nights) our team is really pumped to share some exciting news with you:

The invoicing upgrade is now live! While there's still a few things our engineering and design teams are tidying up as loose ends, we're live with this massive upgrade!

This upgrade is actually a major one, and involves:

• a completely new way of creating and sending invoices with much more flexibility and control.
• an upgrade to the way your invoices and are sent out; they're now all in a much more beautiful and customizable PDF format.
• the introduction of a "price list" feature for the Services and Products you sell (and Quote and Invoice for).
• a complete upgrade of how budgets are handled in Accelo, and is designed to make it much easier to set out budgets in Quotes, Projects, Tickets and Retainers
• a brand new Company Billing wizard, allowing one invoice per client for multiple Projects, Tickets and Retainers (and a lot of time saving)

We've published a series of new help pages and resources for:

• How to manage, customize and import your Service & Materials/product list.
• How to create, configure & customize the new Invoice Templates.
• How to create invoices for Projects, Tickets and Retainers.
• How to send invoices in bulk using our new Company Billing wizard.
