• Are your communications and operations streamlined and easy to follow (for growing teams across different offices or cities)?
• Can you (and everyone on your team) easily find and access pertinent information from anywhere?

• Do you know how productive your staff are or how their time is being utilized?

• Is most of your time spent on (billable) client work (as opposed to everyday busywork or admin work) so that you can continue to grow and generate more revenue?
• From a workflow standpoint, are the right people automatically notified at the right time when certain phases of a project begin so that they can work on them (without having to be inefficiently pinged or told)?
• Are you able to easily duplicate recurring contracts or work instead of having to manually recreate them?

i.e. have you nailed down workflows with reusable templates?

• Do you have real-time reporting to hold everyone on your team accountable 24/7?
