Hello. In this video I'm going to show you how to configure your client and contact settings. The way that you get to this screen is to come up here in the top left corner, coming down to Configuration, that will bring you to this screen where you scroll down to Clients & Contacts and Settings. Now, the different fields here are what you can change on the module of Clients & Contacts. So, if you wanted to name a client company, instead of clients, you can have fields show up on the actual company page, such as their phone number, a contacts' middle name. You can have it so the contacts are stand alone as a contact, instead of a client. You can also have it auto create contacts when you turn a request into an actual client. If you want to go a little bit further you can start seeing the different settings that you can have, such as adding new contacts from an address book which is coming from your integration or import from a CSV file or other imports for your bringing in clients and contacts. Down here is our form for API access, such as having forms on your website come in and create clients and contacts within Accelo. There's various different options such as coming challenges so there needs to be specific criteria for it to pull in. You can allow it so there's no captcha criteria or you can just say that it's not allowed at all and, before you move on, just make sure you save any changes.
