In Accelo you can create different request cues for all of the emails that go to shared or generic company email addresses, such as support at, hello at, sales at or info at. You can create specific cues that will catch emails sent to these generic email addresses, this will give your team the ability to work out of a centralized shared inbox.
You set up the configuration of the requests cue by going to the module button, clicking on Configuration and then heading down to requests. The first section is the settings; this is where you determine exactly what you want to call this module; we suggest Requests. You can determine whether you want to be allowed the pulling in of information via API from captcha web forms, for example, on your website.
