In Accelo you can capture email messages from shared company email addresses. For example, support at or sales at. Email sent to these generic or shared email addresses are captured and they can have their own cue in your inbox area. In this case we have we have a sales cue setup. You can have as many requests inboxes as you like. So, you could have a sale at cue, support at, hello at, info at. To create a request type you would come to the module button, head down to Configuration and then head in to Requests and Types. In this case we're showing that we have five different types of cue. Let's take a look at this support cue. In this case, you can see whether or not to allow emails to be captured and turned into requests, we obviously want this to be on at this point. The incoming capture address will be your support email address. You can determine what you want to do when an email comes in from somebody who is not already in your company database. In this case we've said we want to add them as a new contact straightaway. On the other hand, you can ignore emails entirely from people who aren't already in your content database, you can choose to add them as a lead and convert them to a contact later or you can only add the sender if it's matching an existing company in your company database. You can determine exactly who gets notified whenever an email comes in to the support at email address. In this case we've chosen Mark. You can have multiple email addresses going to any request cue. You can also have an auto reply to be set on or off when a request is received.
