Today, we’re excited to announce the public release of Quotes & Signoffs on Android and iOS. With real-time access to client information on-the-go, you’ll be fully equipped with the tools you need to better manage your business and operations - allowing you to respond to client work from anywhere (anytime), and most importantly, focus on the work you love.
Easily accessible from the module menu on iOS and the 3-line navigation drawer on Android, you’ll see a list of all of your Quotes inside Accelo’s app, and a filter option that can be applied to quickly find the quote you’re looking for. Alternatively, if you’re viewing a sale, you’ll see the quote linked there too.
Just like our desktop version, you’ll also see the financial details for each quote, including service and materials usage, as well as a link to download the PDF for a full breakdown of work and expenses! When it comes to sending a quote to a client, we’ve also refined and simplified the process so that you can add recipients with far less difficulty. Now, every contact you add will be a recipient, with the only decision being who will be an approver.
Oh, and on those days when you need to edit the Quote Manager or Quote Title on-the-fly, you can now easily do that via the app too.
Get faster approvals for the work you do, and give your clients a place to make comments against attachments and descriptions with our new Signoffs for mobile! We’re excited to release this feature - on both Android and iOS - to give users greater control over the approval of work and client-to-staff engagement.
Now, you can easily view any attachments or files ready for your clients to approve from the convenience of your mobile app. Then, when you have an urgent question, simply send an email to the client against a signoff, or open your in-app Stream to see what's previously been sent. That way, you have the visibility you need into your communications to better respond to clients and manage your business on-the-go.
