Wow - what a fun week we've had! In between working on some awesome upgrades and improvements, our team in the States enjoyed dressing up for Halloween, while our engineers Down Under took a nail-biting break to watch the Melbourne Cup.

And, to add to the excitement of the week that was, here's everything we pushed out to make running your business even easier:

Custom Company codes: We've just added the ability store a Company Code as part of any Company record. There's the option to just use a generated ID number like we have with Tickets, OR completely customize it with whatever code works for you, so "Acme Design Corp" might have a code of "ADC". Want to find that company record quickly? Now you can search by using the company code too!

Transferring custom fields from Sale to Project and onward! We've heard your pain. You start with a Sale, add custom fields, convert the Sale to a Project, but the custom fields don't carry over? A lot of the time those custom fields are storing important information still very relevant to the Project. So we now absolutely carry them across to the Project. To continue this theme, if you create an Invoice or a Purchase against this Project, its custom fields will now carry across to the Invoice or Purchase too! It's worth noting that this won't copy all fields across automatically, only those that have already been setup for that type of Sale, Project, Invoice and Purchase.

Changing Task information in the Task Window now updates the card on the Taskboard: This one really should have worked like this all along. We're sorry, but, we've fixed it! You go to the Taskboard, look at your columns of Tasks, click on one, get the Task popup window, change something like the time remaining, or the due date, hide the window, a now, finally, the Task card in the column has updated to show the new information! We hope all our Taskboard users enjoy this improvement.

Timer breadcrumb links weren't clickable: This great suggestion actually came in as a comment to our recent quarterly priorities blog post! It's as simple & handy as it sounds. In the Timers window the titles of the Companies, Projects, Retainers, Tasks and more, are now all links through to their view pages.

In our JIRA integration, pulling in old work logs didn't always have the original logged date: If you had a ton of work done in JIRA, all done in the past, a month ago for example, when you synced those JIRA tickets with Accelo the logged date on all those comments and work logs would appear as today, or the date you synced them. We've fixed this so it now maintains the original logged date that JIRA has recorded.

Last modified time stamp on Triggers wasn't updating correctly: We had a bug that was stopping this time stamp from being updated correctly. It's now been resolved, giving you more clarity when details of your Trigger have last changed.
