With Accelo you can add and search for the Clients and Contacts you do work for.
Using this guide, you can:
Click on the Modules button in the top left corner of the screen.
Select Companies from the drop-down list.
Click on a Client/Company to view more details of the Company, including Contacts, and Activities, Tasks, Sales, Projects, Tickets, and Retainers associated with the Company.
Use the buttons below the Company name to reach out to the Company in various ways. The Globe button navigates to the Company website, the Phone button instantly starts a phone call with the Company, and the + List button creates a new Activity against this Company.
Click on the Modules button in the top left corner of the screen and select Contacts from the drop-down list.
This will bring up a list of all the Contacts within Accelo.
Click on a Contact to view more details of the Contact, including Activities, Colleagues, Sales, and Tickets associated with the Contact.
Use the buttons below the Contact name to reach out to the Contact in various ways. The Envelope button will allow you contact them through your external email client, and the + List button creates a new Activity against this Contact.
