Progression Action: Special Process

Customize your progressions by adding special process action to your status change.

This powerful tool is only available for Premium users as part of the Business Progression & Fields.

Using this guide, you can:


Special Process Actions

Of all the progression actions available, special process is the most unique. Enabling this action allows you to link a process for that object as it progresses through statuses. This process might look like approving a Ticket, or invoicing for a Project once these objects have progressed to a completion status.

To create a Special Process action:

  1. Find the progression you want to add a Special Process action for, and click the + button on the right hand side of that listed progression.

  2. From the drop-down list, select Special Process.

  3. On the following page, select the Special Process Action you wish to use.
