Manage Clients & Contacts

With Accelo you can add and search for the Clients and Contacts you do work for. 

Using this guide, you can:


 

View Clients/Companies

Click on the More button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

 More Button

Select Companies from the list.

This will bring up a list of all Clients/Companies in Accelo.

Manage your Clients/Companies

Click on a Client/Company to view more details of the Company, including Contacts, and ActivitiesTasks, Sales, Projects, Tickets, and Retainers associated with the Company. Click on the phone icon next to the phone number to call them.

View your Contacts

Click on the Modules button in the bottom right corner of the screen and select Contacts from the list.

Contacts 
This will bring up a list of all the Contacts within Accelo.

Manage your Contacts

Click on a Contact to view more details of the Contact, including Activities, ColleaguesSales, ProjectsTickets, and Retainers associated with the Contact. Click the phone icon next to the phone number to call them, or click the envelope icon next to the email address to send them an email.
